Registered Massage Therapy (RMT)

Our RMT services go beyond basic relaxation. We provide targeted assessment and treatment of soft tissue and joint dysfunction to restore structural balance and accelerate recovery. Our CMTO-regulated professionals utilize specialized modalities to resolve chronic muscle tension and structural imbalances.
Specialized Modalities
- Orthopedic & Deep Tissue: Focused techniques to resolve structural imbalances and chronic muscle tension.
- Sports Massage: Pre- and post-event care designed to improve flexibility, reduce fatigue, and prevent injury.
- Swedish & Relaxation: Classic manual therapy to reduce stress, improve circulation, and calm the nervous system.
- Prenatal Massage: Specialized, safe care to support the unique physical demands of pregnancy.
- Hot Stone Therapy & Cupping: Therapeutic heat or suction used to deepen muscle relaxation and improve blood flow.

Enhance Your Treatment
Elevate your experience with Hot Stone Therapy or Cupping (+$10). These enhancements provide deeper muscle relaxation and improved circulation for a more effective recovery.
How it works
Each enhancement adds 15 minutes of specialized hands-on time to your appointment.
- 30 Min Session + Add-on➔Billed at 45 Min Rate
- 45 Min Session + Add-on➔Billed at 60 Min Rate
- 60 Min Session + Add-on➔Billed at 75 Min Rate
- 90 Min Session + Add-on➔Billed at 105 Min Rate
Insurance Note
Because these enhancements are performed by an RMT and include additional treatment time, the full amount is typically eligible for coverage under your Massage Therapy benefits. Your receipt will reflect the total duration and the RMT designation required for your claim.
